Whether you are running in the Rock n Roll Races this weekend or not, the RunFit Expo is open and free to everyone!

The RunFit Expo is packed full of over 60 companies with big brands, independent retailers, online companies and bespoke products where you can try before you buy.  We also have free yoga classes, a sports injury treatment room and an amazing line-up of speakers so here is everything you need to know about this weekend.

Free for everyone – just come along and walk straight in!


Multi-storey parking and road car parks available at the venue.
NB: parking is Pay and Display

Alternative parking is the Kings Car Park next to McDonald’s on the main road – £4 all day


If you are taking part in any of the races over the weekend and didn’t pay for your bibs to be posted, or registered after 10/4/19 then you will need to come to the Expo to collect your race bib.
NB: we only organise the Expo and not the races so if you have any questions about packet pick-up or the races itself, please email rnrliverpool@runrocknroll.com directly.


Although the online race entries have now closed, you can enter any of the races at the Expo.


The Rock n Roll 5K takes place on Saturday 25th May at 9.30am. If you need to collect your race packets for this race please come to the Expo between 1pm to7pm on Friday or from 8am on Saturday.

The 5k starts outside the Exhibition Centre Liverpool and finishes inside the RunFit Expo.


We have a great selection of company exhibiting at the Expo this year and it’s even bigger than last year’s. From shoes to medal hangers and everything you need for fitness and running, you can shop until drop all in one place and under one roof … one HUGE shopping hall for runners!
