The next RunFit Expo takes place Friday 24th & Saturday 25th May 2019 at the Exhibition Centre Liverpool (next door to the Echo Arena Liverpool) and is FREE ENTRY for everyone. The RunFit Expo is aimed at anyone interested in running and fitness from new runners to endurance runners, couch to 5k to fitness fanatics – everyone is welcome.

If you are taking part in the Rock n Roll Liverpool Races on 25th and 26th May then the RunFit Expo is also where you pick-up your RACE PACKETS (unless you opted to have them posted to you), participants t-shirts and Rock n Roll merchandise – but you don’t need to take part in the races to visit the Expo.

The expo is a fantastic opportunity to TRY, BUY and SAVE running and fitness brands and products, take part in demonstrations and seminars, talk to the experts about diet and nutrition, sign up to other races and running clubs and meet like-minded people who love running and fitness as much as you do.
